Didn't it rain?

« on: January 01, 2014, 06:47:28 pm »

Home early from a family and friends gathering hosted by one of my daughters and her husband.  Dinner was almost sinful.  Cocktails, shrimp cocktail, butter lettuce salad, prime rib, potatoes, gravy, snap beans, cabernet sauvignon, dinner rolls, champagne, coffee, cherries jubilee and toll house cookies.

I ate a little bit of everything and thoroughly enjoyed the company.  My grandkids are growing up too fast.

We've had beautiful weather all the holiday season.  The storms and extreme cold just seem to skip right over us.  On a map, it looks like there's a niche carved out for St. Louis.

Good night and sweet dreams...I think 2014 will be a brighter year for us all.  Just a hunch.  A feeling in my bones. Kiss

I had a huge Philly cheese steak sandwich and a quart of ice cold root beer.

I know. I'm 66 going on 12.

Burp!

Sounds good to me, apart from the root word. With jalapeños?

I'm 66 too. Trying for 666.
