There's a massive one in Tiergarten in berlin. Pressure on the Polish government to assist.

There are 2 tramps in town is one is scottish the other english. I think probably ex military.

I remember the good old days when all the winos in newcastle were glaswegian...

I thought that the Tiergarten  camp had been cleared now, like all the other parks where homeless camps were a problem?

Why would Poland be pressured to assist with a German problem?

Not sure what exactly "relatives of a Vegas concert" are, but I agree that Trumps actions will do nothing to improve relations with the Muslim community.

There are undoubtedly groups who will consider that the actions depicted are representative of Islam in general

On the other hand disagreeing that Islamic terrorism is not 'an issue that must be addressed' is equally foolish

As regards the 'special relationship', I would hope that it survives the actions of one POTUS

For all it's faults I am relieved that if there is to be just one superpower in the world it is the USA and not one of the alternatives, aren't you?

How many people have died in the uk through terrorism this year vs mass shootings in the US?

Who said Islamic terrorism shouldn't be addressed ?

Dunno, haven't seen the Chinese warmongering lately, maybe mayhem could suck them off forge a special relationship.

Weird times, and still the uk government fawns over its 'special relationship'.

His pr byatch said real or fake it's an issue that must be addressed.

I reckon the relatives of a Vegas concert may disagree.  Roll Eyes

I drove from Montreal to NYC in 2008. Stayed in Boston for a few days and loved it, except for the traffic. Apparently the Bostonian driver's slogan is "So many pedestrians, so little time." And the I93 through the city was a nightmare. Like the M6 only worse.

I was terrified at the thought of driving in Manhattan, but after Boston it was a cinch. Thank God for the grid system.
Oh yes the traffic, not keen on that like.

Back home from New England.  Pretty nice trip. Just being on a coast again felt better.  I think perhaps humans aren't meant to live this far inland.  Just breathing in salt air again felt great.  I could stare at whitecaps for hours.

At any rate... how's things been around here?

The coast I lived beside was so cold my balls lived in my throat for most of the year.

The 4 seasons were foggy, foggy with outbreaks of sun, wet and foggy, cold and foggy
